Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions and make sure that you understand them before placing an order with With Love Creative (hereafter referred to as WLC). These Terms and Conditions will apply to any contract between us for the sale of goods and services to you. WLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions should you wish to place an order with us. All orders placed with WLC will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. WLC reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage.

CUSTOM DESIGN

TIME GUIDELINE
Wedding invitations should ideally be sent to guests 2 to 3 months before the wedding, to avoid disappointment please ensure that you contact WLC timeously to allow time for design and production.
Whilst every effort is made to accommodate tighter timelines a rush fee may apply dependant on time of year.
QUOTATIONS & PAYMENTS
Upon approval of WLC’S quotation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is payable before any design work can begin. Once final proofs have been agreed upon, the remainder of the balance will be due before printing begins.
WLC cannot be held responsible for any delays as a result of late payment.
PROOFS & ARTWORK
Unless otherwise specified, proofs and final artwork will be sent in PDF format via email, no proofs will be sent via WhatsApp.
Although a huge amount of care is taken, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure all information is correct.
Please ensure that you provide WLC with the right spelling and that proofs are checked for punctuation and grammar.
If designs are approved with errors and are then printed, WLC cannot take responsibility or be held liable for any resulting cost. Any reprints required in this instance are for your account.
Please note that colours differ from screen to print, if you are at all unsure a sample colour swatch can be requested. Please keep in mind that printers also vary and that your final stationery will be printed on a professional printer which means that colours may differ slightly.
FINAL PRODUCT
In the case of a handmade item, here may be slight variations from one item to the next.
Certain techniques such as laser cutting and metallic foiling may leave small marks or specks on the stationery, due to the handcrafted nature of the work involved. While every effort is made to ensure that work is as unblemished as possible, WLC cannot be held responsible for client dissatisfaction due to any natural residue or markings these techniques may leave.
DELIVERY & COSTS
Courier/postage is at your own risk and for your own account.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel your order for any reason please let WLC know as soon as possible via email, no other form of notification of cancellation will be considered. Any costs incurred including; labour, material and delivery will be charged for.
The 50% deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
COPYRIGHT
All artwork and designs remain the copyright of WLC and may not be reproduced in any form without written permission from WLC.
It is the client’s responsibility to acquire permission to reproduce any copyrighted material submitted for their stationery (poetry, songs, etc.). You will be required to indemnify WLC in writing should any infringement or copyright claims by a third party be made in respect of material provided.
WLC reserves the right to use any stationery created for the client to promote our products and services.

ONLINE ORDERS

PRODUCTION
Once your information is received, a digital proof of the chosen design will be provided within 5 working days and will be sent via email. No proofs will be provided over WhatsApp. One set of changes is included in the price, thereafter any amendments will be billed at R250/set of changes.
Any changes must be in writing and in point form so changes can be accurately made. Once the final proof has been approved production will take 5-10 working days.
DELIVERY & COSTS
Courier/postage is at your own risk and for your own account. WLC will not be held liable for any loss, damage or late delivery that is incurred during the transit period with any delivery service. Please ensure that the correct delivery address is provided with all the relevant codes.
PRIVACY
WLC is dedicated to protecting your privacy. All the information gathered in the online forms on the website is used to personally identify users that subscribe to this service. The information will not be used for anything other than that which is stated in Terms & Conditions of use for this service. None of the information will be sold or made available to anyone. The Site may collect certain information about your visit such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP)
DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions exist between WLC and the Client and no other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
The terms and conditions that have been set forth shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa and any disputes arising shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa as they apply to agreements made and solely performed therein.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our products are made to order so a return for no reason is not possible. If there is something wrong, that is our fault, we have the right to try to fix the problem for you first, and if this is not possible, we will give you a new version of the same product.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and delivered back to us by you so we can analyse the issue.
Several types of goods are exempt from being refunded/exchanged/returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return (only if item was defective or damaged). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
